About the Winery
Taking advantage of the excellent sanitary conditions of Chile, and maintaining the old traditions in the land culture, the La Fortuna winery has transformed in recent years into one of the most important Chilean actors in organic wine production. All the vineyards are grown in total absence of chemical pesticides and herbicides thus resulting in an official organic grape production and they are certified by the Swiss Agency IMO, recognized throughout the world.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc
Light yellow color with green shades; citric aromas with a mineral touch. A very good balance between fruit and acidity gives this wine the typical freshness of the variety with a pleasant and long finish. Because of its freshness, an ideal wine to be served as an aperitif or as a good complement to vegan food and seafood.

2009 Chardonnay
Bright golden yellow color, with a deep varietal aroma, soft floral and lactic notes. Tasty on the palate with an elegant finish.

2007 Pinot Noir
With a bright ruby red color this Pinot Noir displays varietal aromas and hints of fresh fruit, pomegranate and black cherry. Elegant and friendly in the mouth with a long and pleasant finish.

2006 Malbec
Deep purple red color , with deep fresh rose aromas and dry cherry notes. Easy start in the mouth with a complex taste, finishing in the palate with velvety and sweet tannins. Perfect to be poured with white meat and pastas with spicy sauces.

2007 Merlot
Purple red in color, aromas of red flower nectar with ripe fruit. Soft and sweet in the mouth with round tannins and a complex and long finish. Ideal to be poured with white meat, pastas or spicy food

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep ruby red color, aromas of red fruits with light smoky notes. The palate is medium to full bodied, with sweet and spicy firm tannins, smooth texture and a balanced fresh finish.
